Thank you for considering purchasing from Roaring Fashions!

SHIPPING & ECOMMERCE STORE

Garments available online in our ecommerce store are a portion of the selection available when visiting the Roaring Fashions Studio. Each season,  we select a few items in each category to provide an overview of our collection online. These items will be available for a limited time and changed each season. The merchandise in the online store are ongoing stock pieces that are usually in stock.

 

Unlike big box stores or subscription clubs, we give each client our individual attention.  This takes time to confirm fit and shipping availability. We recommend scheduling a new client consultation prior to purchasing items for the first time online. If you choose not to, we will follow up by email to confirm your order and ensure the appropriate sizing.

 

Most items will be delivered in 10-14 business days.  On occasion, shipping, supply, work force  and fabric disruptions continue to pop up.  If this happens we will notify you of the delay.

Roaring Fashions has items in stock and will ship based on your individual shipping preferences.

Refunds & Returns

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition you received it and be undamaged in any way. 

 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 

 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
